imvido respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. imvido is a general-purpose tool for retrieving media from links you provide; it does not host, store, or index third-party content for distribution. The bulk of media is processed on your own device via our browser extension and desktop app.
You may only use imvido to download content that you own, that you created, that is in the public domain, that is offered under a permissive licence (such as Creative Commons), or that you are otherwise legally authorised to download. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the terms of the source platform and with applicable law.
If you believe content accessible through imvido infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to dmca@imvido.app including all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
If you believe your material was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the corresponding statements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
